Sales hand over incomplete information
Agree the customer and order details the next team needs, who approves them and when a record is ready to move.
CRM & ERP · SAUDI ARABIA & THE GCC
Customer records, orders and approvals need an agreed place to live. We map the workflow, confirm platform fit, configure the scoped processes and check the data your team will use before it moves into daily work.
Proposal after scope review. Platform, edition, modules, migration and support responsibilities are agreed before implementation.
Illustrative record ownership
A planning illustration, not a connected customer system. Actual ownership, sync direction and platform behaviour are agreed for your project.START WITH THE HANDOVER
A new platform is one possible answer. We first identify the process, its owners and the gaps in the tools you already have.
Agree the customer and order details the next team needs, who approves them and when a record is ready to move.
Inventory spreadsheets and existing systems, identify shared records and decide which source should own each field.
Review configuration, permissions and training against real tasks. Distinguish a missing feature from an unclear process or an unusable setup.
AN AGREED IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE
The proposal identifies the supported platform and edition, the included processes and the evidence needed for acceptance. Configuration, custom extensions and third-party integrations are named separately.
Walk through the current task, decisions and exceptions. Compare required behaviour with the candidate platform before agreeing modules or custom work.
Set up the agreed fields, stages, approvals and access rules. Record who can view, edit, approve and export the relevant records.
Map agreed records and relationships, run a trial import and reconcile the result. Give duplicates, invalid values and rejected records an owner before cutover.
Define identifiers, field ownership, sync direction and update rules. Test the agreed API paths and explain how failed or repeated messages are handled.
Let nominated users complete agreed scenarios with representative data. Review permissions, reports and Arabic/English requirements where included.
Provide the agreed configuration notes, administrator access and training. Name the owners of licences, backups, support requests and future changes.
FROM CURRENT PROCESS TO DAILY USE
We work through a bounded process before widening the implementation. Each stage ends with a reviewable record and a decision about the next step.
Follow a representative customer or order through your current process. Identify the systems, approvals and constraints, then confirm which platform and scope we can support.
A process brief your team can review
Inventory the agreed data, map fields and relationships, and define how duplicates and invalid records will be resolved. Keep the original source available for reconciliation.
A migration that can be rehearsed
Implement the agreed settings and connections in a suitable test environment. Nominated users review normal tasks, permissions and exceptions before acceptance.
Evidence from the work people will do
Agree the change window, any data freeze, final reconciliation and recovery decision. Transfer the configuration knowledge and the support route to the receiving team.
Daily use with named responsibilities
CONCEPT WORK
These demo portfolio concepts illustrate possible interfaces. They are not live CRM/ERP implementations, client evidence or measured results.
A logistics workspace concept helps frame questions about the information an operations team needs. Your platform and business rules determine the actual screens.
A platform concept illustrates navigation and activity in a team workspace. Access rules and ownership would be specified for the actual implementation.
ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
Begin with process discovery, implement a defined workflow or connect systems already in use. Each option receives its own scope and proposal.
For a team choosing a system or investigating why the current setup does not fit.
Proposal after scope review
For an agreed platform, a named process owner and a bounded first release.
Proposal after scope review
For CRM and ERP platforms already in use that need an agreed exchange of records.
Proposal after scope review
The proposal confirms the platform, processes, data coverage, integrations, acceptance and support terms. Software licences, third-party services and ongoing operation are separate unless included. Existing CRM/ERP connector inclusions in store, messaging and automation plans remain as published; we review overlap before quoting additional work.
BEFORE CONFIGURATION STARTS
Start with the process you need to improve. CRM commonly supports customer relationships and sales activity; ERP commonly supports connected operational and financial processes. Products overlap. Map the work and required records before deciding whether one platform, connected systems or a change to your current setup is appropriate.
We confirm the platform, edition and modules we can support during scope review. Share the product you use or are considering, your required processes and any vendor restrictions. We assess fit before committing; this service does not imply certification or partnership with every vendor.
Migration is scoped after reviewing the source, record types, relationships, export access and destination. We agree field mappings, trial imports, reconciliation and who resolves rejected or duplicate records. Final cutover and recovery responsibilities are documented before the move.
Language support depends on the selected product, edition and the required screens, documents and workflows. We check those requirements with representative Arabic and English content during evaluation and acceptance. Translation and custom document work are included only where the proposal states them.
We quote after reviewing the process, platform, modules, data migration, connections and training. There is no fixed starting price on this page. Licences and third-party subscriptions are identified separately, and the proposal confirms the included support and payment terms.
The implementation follows the agreed requirements and acceptance process. Your responsible accounting, tax and compliance specialists define and approve the rules relevant to the business. Installing or configuring software alone does not establish regulatory compliance or replace those decisions.
The proposal names the administrator, account owners and support responsibilities. We document the agreed configuration and train the receiving users. Ongoing administration, monitoring, vendor support and future changes need an explicit service scope and response arrangement.
