PRIVACY

Last updated 18 October 2026

This page explains what we collect when you visit tecnostack.com, why, who helps us process it and how to reach us about it. We keep it short and specific, and we update it when the site changes.

What you send us

The project brief on our contact pages is prepared on your device. When you press the button, the brief is shown to you and offered as a download; the form does not send it to us.

When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the project you describe. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a scope or proposal.

Booking a call

The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com receives the name, email address and notes you enter and sends you and us a Google Meet invitation. Cal.com processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages people visit and which actions they take. It starts after your first scroll, tap or key press, or after 15 seconds, and it sets first-party cookies such as _ga.

We record events such as page views, a booked call, a prepared brief and clicks on our email, phone or WhatsApp links. These events carry the type of action only, never the content of your brief, your name or your contact details. We do not use Google's user-provided data features.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also measures page performance with its web analytics, which does not use cookies.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Google provides Analytics, Tag Manager and, when you book a call, Google Meet. Cal.com runs the booking calendar. Each acts under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics keeps event-level data for the retention period set in our account. We keep emails and messages about a project for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver work you asked for or meet legal obligations, and delete them when that need ends.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will reply.

Changes to this page

If we add a tool or change how we use data, we update this page and the date at the top.
