Build / Zid stores

We build your Zid store, or tidy up the one you run, with care for the Arabic copy, the product order and the way your team handles each order. We work within your Zid plan and the payment, shipping and apps your account supports.

Who this is for

For stores with a messy catalogue, a brand that stops at the logo, or order handling that takes more effort than it should.

01

The store looks unfinished

Mismatched banners, product photos and menus make the brand feel like an afterthought.

02

The catalogue needs organising

Customers face too many vague categories, or too little information to compare two products.

03

You are moving to Zid

You sell on Salla, Shopify or another platform and want your products and categories set up properly on Zid.

What you get

We structure the content, style the storefront and configure the store within what your Zid plan and theme support. You approve each part before we touch the store.

Account and scope review

We check your plan, theme, apps and merchant requirements before we decide how to build.

Storefront styling

We apply your brand to the theme sections, menus, banners and product pages the theme allows.

Arabic content clarity

We read product names, descriptions and customer-facing text as a shopper would, and scope English copy where you need it and the theme supports it.

App and measurement review

We pick the apps worth installing and agree which shopping events to measure with the tools available.

Order workflow handover

We walk your team through the payment and shipping scenarios we configured, including Zid Pay and Zid Ship if you use them.

How we work

We check the account, plan and theme before we promise any customisation. Provider contracts and merchant eligibility stay between you, Zid and the providers.

  1. Review

We get to know your merchant account, current plan, products and how orders are handled today.

Scope based on what your account can do.

    • What the plan allows
    • Products ready to list
    • What the team needs
  2. Organise

We agree categories, product information and a visual direction for the theme.

    A catalogue customers can read.

    • Category names
    • Product content
    • Theme sections
  3. Configure

We apply the content and settings you approved, and review supported apps and provider connections.

    Each setting answers a need.

    • Store setup
    • Provider readiness
    • App review
  4. Practise

We run through order scenarios and routine updates with your team before the store opens.

Your team is ready for the next order.

    • Order walkthrough
    • Content review
    • Team guidance
