Social media management cost in Saudi Arabia: monthly plans from SAR 2,500 for one channel, SAR 4,500 for two and SAR 7,500 for three.

A monthly social media plan is priced by channels, original posts, reply hours and reporting. See TecnoStack's SAR 2,500, 4,500 and 7,500 plans side by side, what sits outside the fee, a first-year budget with VAT, and how to compare quotes line by line.

Social media management cost in Saudi Arabia comes down to four things: how many channels you need, how many original posts go out each month, whether someone answers comments and messages, and what the report covers. TecnoStack plans start from SAR 2,500 a month for one channel, SAR 4,500 for two with routine replies, and SAR 7,500 for three.

Those are starting prices before VAT where it applies. Your proposal confirms the final scope and price after we look at your accounts.

A monthly plan should write down six things, whoever you hire. If a quote leaves one out, ask about it before you sign.

  1. An account and audience review. Someone reads your profiles, what your customers ask and how you sound today, then agrees which channels come first.
  2. A monthly content calendar. Themes, formats, captions and dates in one place, so your team approves the month in one sitting.
  3. A fixed number of original posts. "Daily posting" is a promise you cannot check. A number of original posts per month is a scope.
  4. Publishing after approval. Posts go out only after you approve them, with links, formatting and timing checked.
  5. A reply rule. Who answers routine comments and messages, within which hours, and who handles complaints and sales questions.
  6. A report with next steps. Reach, engagement and enquiries where the data exists, and what next month will change.

Our social media management packages fix the channels, original posts, revision rounds and reply times, so you can compare them line by line. The same three plans are published on our social media management in Saudi Arabia page.

Every plan includes scheduling. Reply times apply Sunday to Thursday, within the working hours we agree with you. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Snapchat are all options, and we settle the channel mix after looking at your audience, your existing accounts and the access you can give us. Ad spend, filming, original video, crisis response and 24/7 cover sit outside every plan. Most disagreements about social media pricing start with something each side assumed was included, so we list these separately when you need them:

  • Ad spend and paid campaigns. Organic posting and paid advertising are different jobs. Community growth includes boost setup for up to 2 approved posts a month and Connected presence for up to 4, but not the ad spend; wider paid campaigns are a separate scope. Our digital marketing plans with paid campaigns start from SAR 2,500 a month, and the ad spend itself is paid to the platform. Search ads also need their own keyword list; our guide to Arabic and English keywords in Google Ads shows how a campaign is set up and budgeted.
  • Filming and original video. The plans include reels we edit from footage you supply, but not the filming. Further short edits, campaign assets and extra sizes belong to content creation and social design, which starts from SAR 2,500 a month. Animated explainers are separate projects from SAR 4,000; see explainer video pricing for what each tier includes.
  • Crisis response and 24/7 cover. Routine replies stay within the agreed hours and response time. Sensitive issues go to the person you name.

Three counting rules also affect what you get for the fee:

  • Post counts are shared across channels and languages. An Arabic post and its English version both count toward the monthly total.
  • Resizing a post for another channel does not use up an original post.
  • Late approvals can push the schedule, and unused monthly capacity does not carry over to the next month.

Put every quote in the same table and compare the work each fee buys. Agencies count posts, replies and revisions differently, so the monthly figure alone tells you little.

QuestionWhy it changes the price
How many channels? Each channel has its own formats and audience.
How many original posts per month, across all languages? This is the main production cost.
Are stories, reels or video included, and who films them?Video takes far more time than a static post.
How many revision rounds per batch?Unlimited revisions usually mean a vague brief.
Who replies, in which hours, and how many hours a month?Community management is time spent, so it needs a number.
What does the monthly report show? You need decisions, and a list of numbers alone gives you none.
Is ad spend inside or outside the fee?Mixing it in hides what the management costs.

A lower monthly fee with fewer original posts, no replies and no report buys a smaller scope. Compare the post count and reply hours first, then the price.

At our published starting prices, a year of social media management costs from SAR 30,000 for one channel to SAR 90,000 for three, before VAT. The table adds Saudi VAT at the standard 15% rate, as of October 2026, for a VAT-registered supplier. These are illustrative sums of starting prices, so treat them as a lower bound, not a quote.

PlanPer month from12 months from12 months with 15% VAT

Community growthSAR 4,500SAR 54,000SAR 62,100
Connected presenceSAR 7,500SAR 90,000SAR 103,500

Over 12 months, Community growth covers two channels, 192 original posts, 144 stories and 48 reels edited from your footage, with routine replies the same business day. It does not cover ad spend, filming, original video or paid tools you choose to use. If one channel is enough for the first quarter, you can start on Social essentials and add a channel once the calendar and approval routine run smoothly.

Choose by how much work you want to hand over and who covers when someone is away. A freelancer can suit one channel and simple posts. An in-house marketer knows your business best, but needs time, tools and cover for leave. An agency plan gives you a fixed scope, a backup when someone is off, and separate people for writing, design and replies. Whichever you pick, write down the six points from the first section.

Posts also send people somewhere. If the page they land on is slow or does not answer the question the post raised, you lose the click. If your site needs work, our guide to the cost of a WordPress or Next.js site shows what a new one costs.

Six details let us scope the work in one call:

  1. Links to the accounts you want managed.
  2. The audience that matters most and the split between Arabic and English. Note how customers spell your brand in both scripts too; our guide to transliterated brand names in search explains why the variants matter.
  3. Who on your team approves posts, and how fast they can do it.
  4. Whether you want us to answer comments and messages, and who handles complaints.
  5. Brand assets, product photos and any footage you already have.
  6. Whether a paid campaign is planned for the same months.

When you have these, send us your account links and the work you want to hand over. We will agree the channels, the number of posts and the reply coverage with you.

TecnoStack prices and plan details are the starting prices published on our service pages on 21 October 2026. They are in SAR, exclude VAT where it applies, and your proposal confirms the final scope and price.
