Silent video with on-screen text. The transcript below repeats every screen and describes what it shows.

  1. 0:00–0:06

Start with the record • Keep content separate from layout. • Doctor A • Name • Bio

The illustrative Doctor A folder stays fixed in its place. A separate panel with two empty fields, Name and Bio, moves in beside it. One arrow traces from the folder to Name and a second, separate arrow traces to Bio; both input areas stay blank, so no real personal details appear. The arrows retract and the field panel withdraws before the cut, leaving the folder unchanged.

  2. 0:06–0:12

Reference the same record • One source, two layouts. • Doctor A • Card • Profile

Doctor A stays fixed. Card and Profile frames move in along separate lanes. Two separate arrows trace from the same Doctor A folder, one to Card and one to Profile, and a reading marker follows each reference in turn. Nothing is copied: both layouts point back to one record. The arrows retract and both frames leave along their own lanes before the cut.

  3. 0:12–0:18

Separate shared and local fields • Plan each language. • Doctor A • Shared photo • Arabic • English

Doctor A stays fixed. The Shared photo tile settles above two language cards, Arabic and English, whose text areas stay empty. Separate arrows trace from Shared photo to each language card, and a marker on each arrow shows the one photo serving both. Before the cut, Shared photo and English leave with their arrows, while the Arabic card stays in place for review.

  4. 0:18–0:24

Define the review • Reviewer still needed. • Doctor A • Arabic • Reviewer • Review needed

Doctor A and the Arabic card stay fixed. A pending Review needed document enters with an empty Reviewer field beside it. An outline highlights the unfilled Arabic card, and its arrow traces to the Review needed document and stops there; no approval mark appears. Before the cut, Arabic and Reviewer leave along their entry lanes, while the folder and the review document stay.

  5. 0:24–0:30

Compare both previews • Publication pending. • Doctor A • Card • Profile • Review needed

Doctor A and Review needed stay fixed. Card and Profile return to their earlier positions along separate lanes. Arrows trace from Doctor A to each layout and from each layout to Review needed. One marker follows Doctor A to Card and on to Review needed; a second follows Doctor A to Profile and on to Review needed, where both stop. These are proposed previews; publication stays pending.

An illustrative Doctor A model keeps references, shared and translated fields, and the publication decision separate.
