Silent video with on-screen text. The transcript below repeats every screen and describes what it shows.

  1. 0:00–0:06

Find the AI you already pay for • Applicant ranking • Bought AI feature • HR platform

Applicant ranking, an illustrative AI feature, is a pale badge fixed in its own lane in every scene. At first it sits inside a frame labelled HR platform: software the company already pays for. The frame slides away and leaves an empty dashed slot where the badge sat, uncovering a tag beside the badge that reads Bought AI feature; a ring traces around the tag. Applicant ranking is an example, not a named product.

  2. 0:06–0:12

Add it to one register • Applicant ranking • Owner pending • Risk class pending • Built systems • Bought AI features • Staff tools • AI register

Applicant ranking stays fixed. The inventory figure appears: Built systems, Bought AI features (an outlined software box with a chip inside) and Staff tools each feed one AI register whose three rows are empty. A light leaves the chip, travels along the Bought AI features arrow into the register and lights its middle row. The figure dims and an entry card slides out of that row with two empty dashed fields labelled Owner pending and Risk class pending; their outlines pulse and nothing is filled in.

  3. 0:12–0:18

Match review to impact • Applicant ranking • Impact: to assess • Owner and class pending • Sign-off pending

Applicant ranking stays fixed. An unlabelled three-row impact table slides in; each row carries one more review mark than the row before and a blank sign-off line, so review and sign-off grow with impact. A row card for Applicant ranking, marked Impact: to assess, comes out of the badge and stops beside the table behind a dashed boundary; it nudges toward the table and settles back without entering any tier. On the card the slot under Owner and class pending stays empty and the signature line under Sign-off pending stays blank.

  4. 0:18–0:24

Check its role under EU law • Applicant ranking • NIST AI RMF: voluntary • EU AI Act: law by scope • Tool provider • CV-screening tool • Deployer • Risk tier to assess

Applicant ranking stays fixed. The provider-deployer figure appears: Tool provider, CV-screening tool and Deployer, joined by arrows, and a dashed line from the tool to the Risk tier to assess dial, whose four segments are empty. A light traces the arrow from Tool provider to the CV-screening tool, the tool lights up, the light continues to Deployer, the dashed line lights down to the dial and the dial is outlined with no setting chosen. The figure dims and the empty register entry card returns; two plates slide over it: NIST AI RMF: voluntary and EU AI Act: law by scope. Counsel still has to assess the role and the risk tier.

  5. 0:24–0:30

Bring the evidence to the board • Applicant ranking • Approval pending • Classification reasoning • Vendor assessment

Applicant ranking stays fixed. A one-page board report frame appears with two empty card slots and, at its foot, an empty slot under Approval pending. The Classification reasoning card travels from the badge into the page, then the Vendor assessment card follows. The Approval pending slot is outlined twice and stays empty: in this illustration approval is still pending.

An illustrative applicant-ranking feature inside a bought HR platform enters the AI register, waits with its impact still to assess, has its EU AI Act role checked with counsel and reaches the board as evidence. Owner, classification and approval stay pending.
